ASITI LLC (“Asiti Beauty,” “we,” “us”) provides lash extension services in Maryland. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you. It applies to asitibeauty.com, client communications, and appointment-related text and email messages.
1. Information We Collect
- Contact information: name, mobile number, email address, and birthday if you choose to provide it.
- Appointment information: services, dates, preferences, deposits, packages, and schedule-change requests.
- Health and safety information you provide: information on intake and consent forms, such as allergies, sensitivities, eye conditions, contact lens use, or recent procedures. We use this information only to determine whether a service is appropriate and to perform services safely.
- Service notes and photos: notes about your lash service and, with your permission, photos of your lashes.
- Payment information: payments are processed by payment service providers such as Stripe. We do not store full payment-card numbers.

If you opt in, Asiti Beauty may send appointment confirmations, reminders, schedule-change notices, and deposit or payment receipts to the mobile number you provide. Message frequency varies, generally about 2–6 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of booking or purchase.
SMS privacy: Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties, except service providers that deliver messages on our behalf.
4. Service Providers and Disclosures
We may share information with service providers that help us operate the business, including payment processing, messaging, email, website hosting, and client-management technology. These providers receive information only as needed to perform services on our behalf. We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect safety, rights, or property. We do not sell or rent personal information.

We keep client and appointment records while you are a client and for three years afterward for business, tax, dispute, and safety purposes. Consent and opt-out records are kept for at least five years.
