ARRIVAL TIME

We're excited to welcome you to our lash studio! To provide you with the best service possible, please arrive on time and ready to indulge in some self-care. Arriving solo with a clean, makeup-free face and eyes allows us to focus on giving you the attention you deserve. We kindly request that you arrive within 10 minutes of your scheduled appointment time. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled, and our cancellation policy will apply. Punctuality ensures that we can create your desired lash look and maintain a smooth schedule for all clients.

CHANGING YOUR APPOINTMENT

We understand that life can sometimes throw unexpected surprises your way. If you need to make changes to your appointment, simply reach out to us via text. After checking our online availability, let us know your desired dates and times, and we'll do our best to accommodate you. We believe in flexibility and want to ensure your lash experience fits seamlessly into your schedule.

SICKNESS OR FAMILY EMERGENCY

Your well-being is important to us, and we want to maintain a healthy environment for everyone. If you or someone in your household is feeling under the weather or experiencing an infectious or contagious illness, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll gladly reschedule your appointment for a later date, ensuring a safe and enjoyable visit for all. Additionally, if a family emergency arises unexpectedly, we understand and offer a one-time allowance for last-minute cancellations or rescheduling. Your well-being and that of your loved ones are our priority.

CANCELLATION & NO SHOW

We value your time and our commitment to delivering exceptional lash services. As a courtesy, we send appointment reminders 72 and 24 hours in advance to help you stay on track. If you find it necessary to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request a minimum of 48 hours' notice. This allows us to accommodate other clients and adjust our schedule accordingly. For cancellations or no-shows within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the service cost will apply. To secure your dedicated time slot, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. We promise to honor our appointments, providing you with our undivided attention and the best lash work that Severn has to offer!

OTHER ARTISTS' WORK

We appreciate your trust in our expertise and dedication to your natural lash health and eye safety. If you currently have lash extensions from another artist, we may need to remove and reapply them to ensure the best results. As our top priority is your satisfaction and well-being, we want to ensure that your lash extensions meet our high standards. In these cases, please understand that your current extensions may need to be removed, and a new full set will be applied at the appropriate price. This way, we can ensure the health and beauty of your natural lashes.

AFTER HOURS APPOINTMENTS

We understand that certain situations and seasons may leave you in a bind, craving a last-minute lash appointment outside of our normal business hours. For those times, we offer after-hours appointments on a case-by-case basis, subject to availability. To accommodate your busy schedule, after-hours appointments may be available for an additional fee of $100. Please reach out to us directly, and we'll work together to find a suitable time that fits your needs

REFUND POLICY

We're here to ensure your lash experience is nothing short of extraordinary! We pour our time, expertise, and quality products into every service we provide. Because of this, we are unable to offer refunds for our exceptional lash services and top-notch products. Your satisfaction means the world to us, and if you ever have any concerns about a service, we encourage you to reach out to us within 48 hours of your appointment. We're here to listen and address any issues you may have. If the concern is related to the application or product used, we're delighted to offer you a complimentary 30-minute express touch-up to make things right and ensure you leave with the lashes of your dreams!

It's important to note that concerns raised after 48 hours or those arising from the failure to follow proper aftercare instructions may incur charges at the full price of the service. We believe in providing you with the best possible care and results, and we're committed to maintaining a positive and uplifting lash experience for all of our clients.
